Bourbon Peach

How does it taste? Cacao aged in bourbon stone ground and mixed with organic peach, this will be a peach note forward dark chocolate bar. 

What pairs well with it? Bourbon, peach cobbler, blackberries, elderberry cocktails, candied pecans. 

Ingredients Dark chocolate made with organic cacao, organic cane sugar, organic peach, organic cacao butter & bourbon. (Please note there is no alcohol in this bar) 

Allergens: Vegan-friendly, gluten-free, & soy free. We do use tree nuts and gluten in the factory following all industry cleansing policies.

 

Southern

How does it taste?  Bourbon peach dark chocolate with toasted honey pecan and blackberry.  

What pairs well with it? Enjoy with bourbon whiskey, pecan pie, while lounging under an oak with Spanish moss if possible. 

Ingredients Made with Peruvian organic cacao, raw fair trade organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic blackberry, organic pecan, honey, organic peach, and bourbon whiskey. (Alcohol cooked off, only a flavor)

Allergens Contain nuts. Vegan-friendly, gluten-free, & soy free. We do use gluten in the factory following all industry cleansing policies.

 

Dark Nib Bar

How does it taste? Of coconut and caramel with a refreshing crunch.

What pairs well with it? Enjoy as a 'smores summer dream with our house made large marshmallows or pair with a hibiscus lemongrass tea.

Ingredients Fairtrade cacao, organic cane sugar, and organic cacao butter.

Maker processThis single origin chocolate is crafted from bean to bar by our ten employee team lead by Nathan Miller and Chelsea Russo. We start with the raw beans that are hand sorted for quality. Once sorted we roast the cacao, stone grind until the mouthfeel of the chocolate lets us know it's time to remove (usually around three days), and temper in a small batch. We hand review each bar for cosmetic beauty and uniform look. The paper is handmade craft paper that's hand dyed, sun-dried on screens, and sustainably produced. We hope that as you enjoy this bar - the feel, taste, and experience is a unique pleasure.
