What makes Miller Chocolate different?

We believe good food, made well by a passionate chef is a special experience.

Nathan set out to make that special experience in simply purchasing a bar of chocolate, with a little something to wow all tastes.  We started out with a couple bars + a few pastry chef partners but knew we couldn't stop there. Nathan's passion + creativity has flourished into a line of 15 chocolate bars, couverture for select pastry chefs, + hot cocoa mixes for some of the best coffeehouses around. We'll also be sharing some of Nathan's recipe to make epic hot cocoa plus tutorials for making up the perfect marshmallow.

 How much is shipping?

Complimentary shipping over 50.00 for retail purchases includes upgrades and cold packing as needed for warmer destinations. 

Wholesale clients enjoy calculated shipping rates based on destination through UPS.

Any order may be expedited using the UPS options available at check out for tighter delivery. 

When will my order arrive?

Retail client orders using complimentary shipping will arrive within 5 to 7 business days. 

Wholesale client orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. 

What if I live in a hot climate, will my chocolate melt during shipping?

Any order going to a warm climate will have complimentary cold packaging to ensure that it doesn’t melt in transit. Our team checks the weather forecast for your shipping location and packages your order appropriately. We'll even upgrade the delivery window if needed - free of charge. 

If it's a peak summer heatwave we only ship at the beginning of the work week during the warmer seasons to make sure the package will arrive in perfect condition. 

How does a chocolate bar get added to the line?

Nathan starts by selecting a single origin chocolate that pairs well with the end goal of the bar, building flavors as he goes along from only the best ingredients (many bars feature local partners doing great things!) Once the bar flavor is just right, we try it out in small batch. you, our customers ultimately make the decision about what small batch run becomes a part of the year round bar line.
