What pairs well with it? We especially enjoy this one paired with food or beverages that have a mild sweetness, like a dry, oaky red wine. The deep flavor is a perfect one or two-bite indulgence, easy to enjoy over a few days or share among friends. Is it possible for chocolate to taste better in front of a fire? We think this one does.

Maker Process This single origin chocolate is crafted from bean to bar. We start with the raw beans that are hand sorted for quality. Once sorted we roast the cacao, stone grind until the mouthfeel of the chocolate lets us know it's time to remove (usually around 3 days), and temper in a small batch. Once the bars are molded, our team inspects each one for cosmetic beauty and a uniform look. To finish this item we wrap it in a handmade craft paper that's hand-dyed, sun-dried on screens, and sustainably produced.
